The Customer Service and Support online series, which contains nearly 4 hours of training teaches a customer satisfaction strategy and the skills needed to surpass your customer's expectations which is the key to customer retention, growth and profitability. The Customer Service and Support series can be purchased at a discount for $125 or individual online learning modules may be purchased for $49 each. The Customer Service and Support series is divided into 4 Sessions ranging from 54 to 66 minutes in duration.
