We are pleased to announce that we have added a new workshop to our sales training offerings.  Maximum Achievement through Goal Setting is a high-energy, interactive workshop that helps sales professionals, sales managers, and sales support personnel to increase their sales by keeping them focused on the results that lead to business success.
 
This program goes beyond activity-driven goals by developing attitude and behavioral goals enabling participants to overcome limitations and roadblocks that have previously prevented them from achieving their sales goals. 

This easy-to-follow program teaches participants four stages of goal setting: Inspiration, Preparation, Organization and Implementation. Each stage builds upon the previous stage and uses a sales funnel approach for sales prospecting and business development to guide the participants down a path to sales and organizational success.
 
Maximum Achievement through Goal Setting has three noteworthy characteristics.  First, this is not a generic goal-setting class, but rather a workshop purposefully designed to help salespeople set goals and put plans in place to maximize their sales.  Second, the tools and techniques learned during the workshop are all very practical and results-oriented, designed to enable salespeople to practice what they’ve learned in order to generate some measurable sales results.  Third, because the workshop is less than one full day in duration, it can easily be incorporated into an existing sales meeting or taught by webinar.   You can select the format that best fits your needs.
