The online sales training webinars teach the skills to become an outstanding needs-based salesperson. Whether you are new to sales or an experienced sales professional, each webinar contains a variety of practice and planning tools for you to improve the specific selling skills that are most relevant to you. For example, the sales webinar on questioning and listening skills contains some fundamental skills that everyone in sales should utilize, but also teaches an advanced questioning technique used by top sales performers.

Overview of the 4 Online Sales Training Webinars
A brief description of each webinar is provided below. For more detail about the specific learning objectives, link to each separate 1-page description in the titles below.
Sales Webinar 1: Stages and Styles of Selling– provides an overview of the 4-step needs-based sales process, including an individualized selling skills assessment survey that will identify your natural strengths and areas for improvement. This webinar also teaches the advanced skill of varying your selling style to fit different types of buyers.
Sales Webinar 2: Questioning and Listening for Sales Opportunities– this sales webinar highlights IDEAL® Questioning, which is STAR’s trademarked questioning model that is based on the questions used by top sales performers. This webinar also teaches some practical listening skills, including some in-session and post-session practice activities.
Sales Webinar 3: Selling on Value Rather Than Price– teaches an overall model of value selling, notably what we call the who, what and how of value selling. In other words: what types of customers justify a value-selling approach, and how can you use value selling to differentiate your company, product or service from competition.
Sales Webinar 4: Closing and Handling Objections– this sales webinar teaches how to advance each sales call toward a successful close. Additionally, the webinar teaches creative and effective ways to respond to common sales objections such as “I’m happy with my current provider”.
