Selling Skills - Consultative Selling Techniques
Selling Skills Workshop participants learn to sell more effectively to current accounts and to generate new business at prospective accounts. This sales training program teaches salespeople various sales techniques, how to plan and conduct effective sales calls, and to follow a sales process that utilizes effective questioning and consultative selling techniques.
Emphasis is placed on identifying a salesperson's preferred selling style, and then working to increase selling style flexibility. Participants in this Selling Skills program learn selling tips to vary their selling style to fit the specific customer and sales situation. Critical customer situations are used throughout the Selling Skills Workshop. Participants will learn how to handle difficult sales objections and techniques for closing sales.
The Selling Skills Workshop can be customized in content and duration, depending upon the needs and experience of your salespeople. We encourage sales management to participate so that they can reinforce the sales techniques and sales process with their entire sales force.
