Best of all, the sales coaching is tailored to you - both the content and the schedule. We begin with a preliminary no-cost, no-obligation phone call to assess your individual needs. We then mutually agree on which coaching package is best for you. You can select from three popular STAR coaching packages or design a package that is completely customized for you.
One-on-One Coaching Packages:
What does a typical coaching engagement look like?
- You begin with the preliminary phone call mentioned above.
- You then receive and complete three things individually:
An online survey that assesses your natural sales strengths and areas for improvement for the skills that you wish to improve
You choose two eLearning selling skills modules that provide you with approximately two hours of relevant teaching content.
You read a sales skills article that provides you with more teaching content
- We then have our first in-depth 1-on-1 sales coaching conversation, usually done by phone, Skype, or GoToMeeting. This conversation takes about 75 to 90 minutes, and is very focused and practical. Because you've already learned a lot of the relevant skills from the eLearning modules and articles, the conversation can focus on questions that you have and a lot of practice activities.
- We would then mutually agree if any more coaching conversations and/or eLearning modules are needed, which would be an additional cost.
Most of the time, the entire process takes two-three conversations.
The net result is that you save time and money. Unlike many other coaches, who ask you to commit to a long term series of coaching conversations, we usually only need a couple conversations. And, you receive two or more hours of other teaching resources because it includes eLearning modules.
